The front and rear walls of a caravan cop more than people realise. The front wall bears the brunt of road debris, stone chips, bugs and wind pressure at highway speeds. The rear wall gets reversed into things, takes hits at campsites, and is often where tow bar and electrical connections create penetration points for water.

When either end is compromised, the consequences can be significant. Water tracks in through cracks and joins, works into the wall structure, and causes delamination and internal damage that spreads well beyond the original impact point. At LBM Fibreglass we repair fibreglass front and rear wall damage of all kinds, from surface chips and cracks through to full wall section rebuilds.

Front and rear wall repairs require careful assessment of both the outer skin and the structure behind it. Impact damage to the front wall in particular can be deceptive: what looks like a surface crack can have caused delamination across a wider area behind it.

We inspect the full extent of the damage before quoting, checking for underlying moisture and delamination, and carry out the repair in a way that addresses everything properly. The goal is a result that's structurally sound and properly sealed against the elements.
